Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) @Fynakaa @Solidperfume

Solid perfume care

How should I store my solid perfume?

Keep the container closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid hot cars, windowsills, and heat sources. Follow any storage instructions supplied with your product.

Can the balm soften in warm weather?

A balm’s consistency can change with warmth. If yours becomes soft, keep the container upright in a cool place before opening. Softness alone does not confirm whether the product’s condition or fragrance has changed.

Can solid perfume mark clothing?

Avoid direct contact with clothing, as balm residue may leave oily marks. Be especially careful with light-coloured or delicate fabrics. If contact occurs, follow the fabric’s care label rather than using an untested cleaning treatment.

How should I apply it?

With a clean, dry fingertip, dab a small amount onto intact skin, such as your wrists. Avoid eyes and irritated or broken skin. Start with a small patch test and stop using it if irritation occurs. Allow the balm to settle before clothing touches the area.

What if my balm arrives soft or misshapen?

Keep the container closed and upright in a cool place. Do not heat it or try to reshape it with tools. If it remains misshapen, leaks, or you’re unsure about its condition, contact Fynakaa with your order number and photos for product-specific advice.
