RETURN, REPLACEMENT, REFUND POLICY
The Products purchased from ‘FYNAKAA’ are subject to return and replacement or exchange as per the Return & Refund Policy within the applicable return or replacement period if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged or different from their description on the product detail. Return or replacement will be processed if you write to us within 48 hours of receiving the product and only if the conditions are met:
- Our teams work hard to deliver you a product of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return.
- For returns, the product must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, original sales receipt, and all the accessories therein). To claim refund or replacement the customer must send Clear images and videos of the damaged products, leakage or spillage (or of any product missing in the package or a wrong product being delivered or issue with the weight of the product) if any, mono-carton and outer packaging images. Please note that the video must clearly showcase the unboxing of the package in order to evidence the damaged products, leakage or spillage.
- If the product is requested for replacement then we will look into your complaint and revert back to you with a resolution within 5 working days. If on the basis of the evidence shared by you, we determine to approve your order return and team will inform you same.
- If a product return is requested, the returns will be picked within 4-7 working days. Once the return package is received by our warehouse team, we will conduct a quality check of the product and also validate the product weight. The exchange or replacement of the order will be processed within 3 working days once the quality and weight check is completed and you will be provided with the new consignment tracking details vide an Email on your registered Email Id.
- In case of return, the refunds will be credited to your account within 10-14 working days and may be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- We cannot accept order cancellations past 4 hours after order placement i.e. you can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing the order.

REFUND POLICY
We take utmost care before dispatch that the product is dispatched in good condition, still if any damage is there then -.
- FYNAKAA is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. People with sensitivities or possible allergies to any listed ingredient should not use the product. In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test and if at any time irritation occurs, discontinue use of the product and consult a Physician.
- If you have a product loss like spillage or breakage of the container, we will replace the product for you.
- However if it is only a physical damage like a dent or a scratch, we will not be able to process a refund or return.
- com offers a replacement guarantee for all products ordered online. Products will be replaced only in case of a manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation. Also same for Missing items.
- We do not accept return of used products under any circumstances. For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns.
- You'll have to submit a box opening Video or Images to info@Fynakaa.com(within 24 Hrs of delivery time) - If you are eligible for a replacement, you may notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery and ship the product back to us for a free replacement.
- Processing Orders: Our business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Indian Standard Time (IST), Monday to Friday. If you need to contact us outside our business hours, please email our customer service department at info@Fynakaa.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
