Shipping policy
Shipping policy of FYNAKAA is made for customer convenience.
Our all products are delivered via reputed courier companies that are completely insured and reliable. We always believe in quality not in quantity. We charge much lower shipping rates in compare to other companies.
- Cash on delivery is NOT available.
- Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Ahmedabad by our courier. Please allow following days from receipt of your order.
For domestic – 5 to 14 business days.
Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. FYNAKAA Soaps takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size , volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
- If you have shopped multiple products in a single transaction, we will send it to you in one single shipment. (In case of a single shipment, the delivery date would be on the date when all the products are ready to ship).
- At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would leave a note for you to call them and arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their location.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
